Will I be able to speak to my colleagues / clients / friends during the experience?
In short – yes! All of our experiences are interactive to some degree.
If you want to set aside some specific time to chat to the rest of your group before, during or after the experience just let us know beforehand and we’ll make sure your host plans this in.

Can I hold a meeting on the video link before, after or during the experience?
Yes, just let us know beforehand and we’ll make sure your host plans this in.

Can I change certain parts of the experience?
Generally our hosts can be pretty flexible in adapting their experiences to your needs.
Just let us what it is and we’ll let you know if our hosts can accommodate.

I can’t find what I’m looking for can you still help?
Yes I’m sure we can!
Just let us know what you’re looking for and we’ll find a match from our 250+ experience vendors.
Booking

Is there any obligation in clicking the ‘enquire now’ button?
None at all!
There’s no obligation to book if you send an enquiry.

I’d like to book, how do I do this?
Just click the ‘enquire now’ button on the experience you’d like to book and complete the form or hit one of get in touch buttons, pop us an email or give us a call.
We’ll reply within 1 day to confirm all the details of your enquiry and to discuss any special requirements.
You’ll then be able to pay to confirm your booking. This can be done either via credit card or bank transfer.

How do I pay?
Either via card or bank transfer.
We’ll send you a VAT invoice for each booking.

What if I need to change the date?
You can change the date of your experience at the discretion of your experience host up to 14 days prior the originally scheduled date.
There is a £30 rescheduling fee if a new date is found.

What if I need to cancel?
A full refund will be provided on cancellations made more than 30 days in advance of the Experience.
A 50% refund will be provided on cancellations made 15 to 30 days prior to the Experience.
Unfortunately, no refund will be provided on cancellations made 14 days or fewer prior to the Experience.
