In this cook-a-long chef’s table you’ll create a stunning dinner with expert guidance from the incredible Chef Ayo.

Chef Ayo will take you through his techniques, applications, food ethos, and his prism of food science as well as plating, but will do all this in a fun and exciting way where even the novices of all novices would be pleasantly surprised with their dishes at the end of the class!

Ahead of the experience Chef Ayo will help you select the perfect menu for your group taking into account dietary requirements.

Participants can source their own readily available ingredients OR an optional ingredients gift box can be purchased for delivery ahead of the masterclass.

 

Menu Options

–> Chicken, savoy cabbage roulade, corn veloute

–> Duck with parsnip puree and blackberry sauce

–> Haddock with beurre blanc

–> Halibut with yuzu kosho beurre blanc

–> Jollof rice with sirloin

–> Scallop ceviche with coconut cream and chive oil

–> Squid ink spaghetti with tomato vinaigrette and parmesan foam

–> Steak with potato confit

 

About the Chef

Chef Ayo is a private chef trained in the art of fine dining, but where possible he tries to fuse culinary styles from other parts of the world with the classical. He is passionate about producing dishes that align with seasons, and modern gastronomy. His cooking philosophy is simple –  sumptuous and  scrumptious – but not mutually exclusive. His main clients are entertainers and C-level executives of private companies.

 

Our standard event format:

–> An intro from your private Chef and a chance for you to intro your event to your attendees

–> Once you’re all set up and ready to go, you’ll follow along with Chef Ayo to create whatever dish you have chosen

–> With opportunities to sit and chat and ask questions at the appropriate time!

–> You’ll then be able to enjoy a drink and your marvellous creation at your very own chef’s table

–> Feel free to stick around once your host has finished to stay and socialise
