Sancti Yoga offers mindful and inspiring online yoga classes, aimed to relax and entertain your group.
In this 60 or 30 mins class, your instructor Georgia will provide step by step instructions making this experience perfect for any ability.
Whether you want a completely relaxing, spiritual session or enjoy yoga with a twist as you infuse your session with beachy beats and cocktails.
Each class will be tailored to your groups needs and goals, meaning each session is suitable for every ability. Specifically designed for teams working remotely, these sessions will be a relaxing break from your desk as well as a chance to slow down and stretch your muscles.
Santi can also create bespoke classes to focus on various topics and areas. Including, focusing your energy, productivity boost, stress relief and mindset release. These classes can either be booked as a one-off or part of a 6-week series.
Choose between one of the following sessions:
Bliss Yoga (60min session)
- Accompanied by blissful beats, you’ll be taken on a journey of bliss. Before you know it you’ll be moving to the beat and immersing yourself in a moment bliss.
- (Option to begin with 10 minutes of optional cocktail making as you make a Daiquiri (alcoholic or virgin) to set the beach vibes).
Bliss Yoga (30min session)
- Accompanied by blissful beats, you’ll go through a full body yoga movement and stretch session. Great for all levels, even those who haven’t tried yoga before. Guaranteed to bring the good vibes to you.
Meditative Yoga (60min session)
- It’s time to slow down and reconnect. This session eases you into a gentle stretch and relaxation. Showing you that sometimes, the most productive thing you can do is rest! Start with a meditation, followed by some gentle movement to get you moving.
- The session will end with total relaxation, bringing you into a creative state of bliss. Grab a blanket, some cushions and get comfy for this session.
Meditative Yoga (30min session)
- Begin with a short meditation, introducing you to techniques you can bring into your daily lifestyle to slow down and reconnect. Then your instructor will guide you through a slow yoga stretch and flow, great for all levels.
Desk Mobility Yoga (60min session)
- Step away from your desk and get ready for some movement.
- This session is designed specifically to relieve tension in your neck, back and shoulders from sitting at a desk all day. Find some space, a yoga mat or rug nearby for this session.
- Bonus mini “at your desk” stretches will be shown to you, ones that you can do whilst sitting at your desk during the day!
Desk Mobility Yoga (30min session)
- This 30 mins will be dedicated to sharing with you some simple yet effective stretches and movements that you can do at your desk! Say goodbye to tension and hello to bliss.
